  Had to buy a replacement panel for a garage door that a client of mine was having in stalled. It two weeks to get here not to bad. It only cost about $400.00 for the part on a $600.00 door wow! Anyway the part came in and it was not the right panel it was not insulated. No big deal until I was told that the maker of the door did not believe the Home Depot employee. He would have to email photos of the wrong part and get approval for a credit for Home Depot before they could order my replacement part. The employee told me it was his Friday and probably would not be able to get it done until Monday. This is the kind of Customer service that they normally have given in the past.
