  I had a horrible experience with the manager. Was behind on one payment of paying them. Usually I paid thousands at a time or I always pay on time for the last couple of years and she treated me unprofessionally on the phone because I was behind one month. Talking over me and very slowly like a child. I've been in the field of customer service for over 10 years and I don't know how she got a job as a manager let alone an employee talking to committed customers like that. I always recommended Aaron's before that and wanted to continue to do business with them. Just goes to show how one unprofessional encounter can lose you business, not only did I not extend my contract, I will also be sharing my experience negatively because of the manager. As far as the actual product, my TV is amazing. So sad I couldn't get more from the store after the pay off, which so you all know was the next month after this encounter.
